Barton Creek

Some photographers live near great mountains or deserts, canyons or coastlines. I live near a great city.

Chicago is vast. Its skyscrapers stretch upwards towards the heavens. Its parks embrace wide open spaces, and its neighborhoods extend outward for miles.

For those with the travel bug, the city is also a hub. From Chicago you can fly to Bangkok, and then onwards to the Himalayas and the buddhist kingdom of Bhutan, which is located opposite to Chicago in the northern hemisphere.

My photographs sample the World from downtown Chicago and its neighborhoods to distant Bhutan. I hope you enjoy them.
